Meeting with the artists after the performance on 01.12

If the end is linked to the beginning, does that make it the middle? Louise Baduel examines our linear relationship to time and draws a parallel between the flow of time and the flow of water. What if the course of a life resembled that of a water cycle? Using the shape of the loop as a creative strategy and aesthetic object, Loop Affect develops into a cyclical temporality where everything is interconnected.

Alone on stage, Louise Baduel is accompanied by Marc Melià’s repetitive, electronic music (and his album Music For Prophet). The lyrics are by Sébastien Fayard, The cyclical scenography was created by the architect Donatien de le Court and the perceptive play is made possible thanks to the installation conceived by lighting technician Meri Ekola. Together, they challenge the idea that "the eternal return" will never be quite the same.

Possibility to buy a combi-ticket with the show Closing Party (arriverderci e grazie).
