Chapel, 90’

After Atomic 3001 in 2016 and Forces in 2019, we are expecting the trio Leslie Mannès, Vincent Lemaître and Thomas Turine to leave us in a state of disarray. They do this by inviting young and old to flood the chapel and live an immersive, sensory and energetic experience. Guided by a sharp sound and enveloped in a chromatic atmosphere, this participatory choreography creates a dynamic of exchange based on the permeability of our bodies by the environment. Inspired by both carnivalesque traditions and contemporary dance, a role-play unfolds in which everyone can distance themselves from reality and immerse themselves in the rituals of the group coming into being. Festive and fiery rituals that celebrate both intimacy and collectivity with the anointing energy of dance, its rhythm, movements and free expression.
